Summary of Duties
- Property inspections
- Bookkeeping (collecting assessments and paying vendor invoices)
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Calculate and prepare certificates of assessment and estoppel certificates
- Collect amounts due to the association before filing a civil action
- Complete forms related to the management of a community association that have been created by statute or by a state agency
- Comply with the association’s governing documents and requirements of law as necessary
- Control and disburse funds
- Coordinate maintenance for association and other related routine services involved in the operation of a community association
- Draft meeting notices and agendas
- Prepare budgets or other financial documents for an association
- Liaison for attorney and CPA
- Solicit bids for board of directors, at request
- Send accounts to collections after 90 days of non-payment
- Preparation of annual budget
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes
