o Call to order of Board of Directors Meeting
o Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes
o Bridge, walkway, and common area land ownership issues
o Approval of bid to replace all wooden floorboards on the walkway for $15,700
from Al Johnson. Bid includes labor and materials.
o Approval of bid to paint all wood floor boards with primer and two coats of paint
by Caleb Johnson for $4000. Bid includes labor and materials.
o Fiber Install
o Reserve Study Discussion
o Discussion of potential special assessment in 2025
o Violations/Fines assessment process and appointment of the Fine Appeals
Committee Members
o Approval of 2025 Operating Budget (due quarterly)
o Adjourn Board Meeting
